Collection: Spinners

A spinner works excellently in most types of streams and lurks everything from perch and rainbows to large pike and salmon. The spinner is simple in its construction and consists of a metal body and a spoon that rotates around the body as the bait is pulled through the water. The rotating spoon creates sound waves and light reflexes that predatory fish perceive as an damaged prey fish or a fish on the run.

It is almost impossible to fish a spinner wrong, as long as the spoon spins, the force of attraction is great. Varying the speed and letting the spinner sink to the bottom is sometimes tricks that trigger the chop.
