When looking to buy braided line, you usually focus on what type of fishing you will be doing and find the line that has the best adapted breaking strength in relation to the dimension. A thin line cuts the water better and is less wind sensitive than a thicker line, which can be an advantage if you are fishing finesse fishing or coastal fishing. Braided lines are twisted to create a stiff and extremely durable fishing line.

A tip when winding braided line onto your reel is to prime with nylon line at the bottom of the spool which is then spliced ​​together with the braided line. This way you avoid the entire line package starting to slide on the spool because the nylon line grips better on the spool.
