Balzer Special Smoke Brine 450g

Balzer Special Brine is a salt/spice mixture to marinate your fish in before cooking. All products are 100% natural , without preservatives or flavor enhancers - only natural aromas and spices are used.

Instructions :

1. Dissolve the contents of the package in 6–8 liters of water , depending on the desired flavor intensity (if the brine is boiled, let it cool before adding the fish).
2. Let the fish soak in the mixture for 10–12 hours .
3. Then take out the fish, rinse it quickly in cold water and let it dry.
4. The fish is now ready for smoking or other cooking .
