The Rebel X8 is built to handle everything from traditional pike fishing to heavier predator fishing. The 6.2:1 gear ratio provides a versatile retrieval speed that works excellently in most fishing situations.

The reel is equipped with 7 ball bearings and 1 roller bearing with instant Anti-Reverse function, as well as a powerful drag system with carbon fiber drag washers. The oversized handle with EVA knobs provides high retrieval power and good control even when fishing with large lures.

The Dual Braking System (DBS) combines a magnetic brake, cast control, and centrifugal brake weights for very precise casts and efficient spool control. Additionally, there is an extra anti-backlash system that helps manage any overruns when casting with heavier lures.
