The new Airdrive bail is lighter than the previous version, very durable, and, in combination with the new bail arm, significantly reduces tangles during casting. If the line gets tangled at the bail arm, it simply slides to the line roller via the arm when the handle is turned – no action required. The ATD Type-L drag ensures smooth and optimized line release under load without high initial resistance, providing the necessary security when fighting large specimens. The Longcast ABS aluminum spool features a special spool edge that contributes to longer casting distances. The Twistbuster III design on the line roller is perfect for use with braided lines: the braid is not compressed during retrieval, resulting in less twisting.
