With the Crosscast Spod with 45 mm spool lift, DAIWA offers an extremely robust Big Pit reel, especially designed for the use of heavy spods, spombs and large PVA bags. By combining the long-casting spool with a 45 mm spool lift, even heavy weights can be cast to distant fishing spots. The metal HIP line clamp protects the line and is perfectly suited for accurate and frequent casting to the same spot with heavy spods.
