Drennan Acolyte Plus Feeder Rod 12'

This 12ft (3.66m) rod has a very slim blade with plenty of backbone to cast feeders up to 60g (2oz) with high precision. The raised SiC guides ensure smooth line play, increasing casting capacity. The rod is ideal for medium to long distance fishing up to around 60m, but longer casts are possible with the right equipment and good casting technique.

During field testing, the 12ft Plus rod delivered several fine carp over ten kilos when fishing long distance and using Method feeder technology. It is also a versatile rod that is excellent for species such as bream and tench with traditional feeders. The extra length is also very useful for anglers targeting strong fighting fish in flowing water.

The rod comes with three high-quality carbon fiber tips: 1.5 oz, 2 oz and 2.5 oz, all of which blend seamlessly with the sleek blade.

Two-piece construction makes it easy to transport the rod fully assembled in a rod case or rod bag. Neoprene socks and rod straps are also included to protect and hold the equipment together.
