Product description
The Basix Carp Cradle XL is the big brother to the very popular standard version. We have changed the dimensions and added some new features, but essentially it’s the same high-quality product – at a very competitive price.
The Basix Carp Cradle XL is designed to offer maximum protection to your capture whilst it is on the bank, yet at the same time is practical to use and easy to transport. It is constructed from 70mm high-density foam, which provides a great deal of cushioning, and has a waterproof outer layer which is fish-friendly when wet and won’t remove the fish’s protective slime layer.
The padded walls help to ensure that any capture is safely contained and remains within the cradle mat. When not in use the Basix Carp Cradle folds in half, and there is space to store a Carp Care Kit and a Basix Weigh Sling inside. The carry handles can also be used to peg it down when you are fishing, so that it isn’t at risk of being blown away.
The XL version also features an extra loop on the underside to store a weigh sling or a two-piece landing net handle.
The Basix Carp Cradle XL is suitable for carp up to 60lb/32kg.
