Product description
Korda BASIX Coated Hooklink is a soft and supple coated braid material suitable for a variety of presentations with bottom baits, wafters, and pop-ups. Both the inner braid and the outer coating have a subtle "camo green" color to ensure it blends in regardless of the type of bottom you are fishing over. It lays straight without the need for steaming and has excellent anti-tangle properties. The coating can also be easily stripped where needed to create a hinge and give the rig extra movement.
It knots very well without the outer coating cracking, and high strength can be achieved with all common fishing knots.
BASIX Coated Hooklink is available in breaking strains of 18 lb and 25 lb and comes on 10-meter spools – which is more than enough for a long time and many rigs.
