These Dark Matter Leaders feature our Heli-Safe System and can be used with all helicopter setups, whether it's a standard hooklink or a chod rig. The leader has tungsten collars embedded, ensuring it stays at the bottom. It also features the Chod Safe System, which allows your hooklink to detach from the leader if the mainline breaks, and the hooklink can be easily attached via a QC Ring Swivel.

DM Heli-Safe Leader is available in lengths of 1 m or 50 cm, providing space to move the upper bead high up the leader, for example when fishing in deeper silt or weed, to ensure good presentation with the longer version. In some fishing spots, regulations limit the maximum length of the leader, and then the 50 cm version is perfect – it's also good for long casting as it casts further.

At the other end, there is a fused loop, which you can either tie your mainline to or use the loop-to-loop method to easily remove the leader. The Dark Matter material is very durable, has a breaking strain of 30 lb, and can be matched to different types of bottom as it comes in Clear, Weed or Gravel colours. Each pack contains one leader.
