As the name suggests, this lead is designed for really long casts. The nose-heavy construction makes it very stable in the air and also provides effective hooking.
The nose-heavy shape makes the lead fly straight as an arrow and land exactly where you want it. Instead of a swivel, the Heli version has a ring, making it ideal for use with the Heli-Safe system and providing a much cleaner rig setup that also casts even better.
