Kamo Kontour is the ultimate durable fluorocarbon leader for fishing in snaggy environments. This Kontour is extremely tough and hard-wearing, making it less prone to damage on contact with e.g. vegetation, mussels, snags and lily pads. It has a higher density than monofilament and sinks very quickly, which keeps the line down close to the rig. The two-tone Kamo colour helps it to blend in with almost any bottom, even when sediment builds up on the line.

Due to the thickness of this leader material, it is best used for short-range fishing on margins or when placing rigs using a boat. Although the product was developed as a heavy leader, the properties of the fluorocarbon material make it perfect for creating stiff hooklinks, especially those requiring a stiff boom. To crimp this material, use a 0.7 mm Large Krimp.
