Although Fat Whip Crawler is the shortest body in the Whip Crawler series, Fat Whip 3inch has a presence underwater that exceeds its size. Its best feature is that it uses a high weight material that contains about three times as much salt as Fat Whip 5inch. The 3inch body has a weight of about 5 g and has managed to maximize the ability to handle NO-Sinker rigs.

By adopting the Whip Crawler series's traditional body with triangular cross-section in a simple form, even a NO-Sinker rig realizes a reality-based rolling fall-action that turns left and right under the case. By putting a #1/0 offset hook, a unique slit is installed on the back of the body that can hide the hook tip in a neat way. In addition, by rigging the jig wacky in the middle of the body, a horizontal case is created while steadily pushing the water downwards without sliding. The simple form supports not only no-sinks rigs but also other rigs.
