Mixing instructions

Match Method Mix is ​​very easy to mix:
Empty the entire 2kg bag into a round mixing bucket. Fill a 2-pint maggot bucket with water, pour the water over the dry mash and mix thoroughly. Let the mixture sit for 30 minutes to allow the water to be absorbed. For best results – strain the mash through a sieve to remove any lumps and achieve a smooth consistency. It is then ready to use.

If the sun and wind cause the mash to dry out, you can cover it with a damp towel. If it still dries out, just add a little more water and mix again.
