Mixing instructions:

1. Empty the entire 2 kg bag into a round mixing bucket.

2. Fill a 2-pint maggot jar with water and pour over the mash.

3. Mix thoroughly and let stand for 30 minutes so that the water is properly absorbed.

4. For best results – strain the mixture through a sieve for a smooth consistency.

Tip: In hot or windy weather, cover the finished mash with a damp towel. If it dries out – just add a little extra water and mix again.
