Fluorocarbon lines can be manufactured with varying degrees of softness, rated ST1 to ST5, to perfectly match the fishing method and prevailing conditions. A fluorocarbon line with an ST1 rating is designed to offer maximum stiffness, providing excellent sensitivity and optimal control for precision casting and hooking. At the other end of the spectrum, a fluorocarbon line with an ST5 rating is designed for maximum flexibility, allowing for increased knot strength and durability.

W6 ST5 FLUOROCARBON provides incredible abrasion resistance and both strong and flexible line material. Our exclusive production process creates a line with a smaller diameter but with exceptional knot and tensile strength. Extremely soft and flexible, making it easy to tie knots while maintaining its strength. Low line memory compared to other fluorocarbon lines, making line handling more user-friendly.
